About Kas Bareng

A cash book for class treasurers, clubs, neighbourhood groups and arisan circles. Tick who has paid each week or month, send a polite reminder on WhatsApp, record income and spending, and share one link in the group chat so members can check the balance and their own status. No account and no server: data stays on the treasurer's phone, with an optional backup to their own Google Drive.

Getting started

How it works

  1. Create a group, choose weekly or monthly dues and add members.
  2. Tick who has paid; partial and early payments are spread over the periods.
  3. Send reminders or a recap to the WhatsApp group.
  4. Turn on member sharing and post the link so everyone can check.

Your data stays on your device

No account, no sign-up and no bank connection. Kas Bareng keeps your records on your phone and, if you connect it, in your own Google Drive. We never receive them. A shared member link shows names and payment status to anyone who has it, never phone numbers. The app shows ads, and a one-time purchase removes them.

A record-keeping tool. It does not hold, collect or transfer money.
